Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or purchase from our NQR section. We always disclose known faults in this NQR section along with photos to ensure you are comfortable with your NQR purchase.
What we are more than happy to offer is refunds or exchanges on faulty or defective items that do not fall into the above category, upon receipt of goods.
Our returns policy lasts 21 days from day of package arrival.
If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in:

✭ Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

✭ Attach photos of the defects

Please remember that in the case of refunds, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return the refund. Once we have processed the refund from our end, please contact your own bank or provider if you need further advice regarding expectations when amounts will be returned to your account.
