We are all about taking the best care of our environment and minimising the negative impact on it. We are a little company, but we try to think big.

It was important to our family to ensure our products were not wrapped in plastic polybags; it is our first small step as a brand to ensure we are not contributing blindly to landfill. As we grow and get bigger, we will be able to make so many more changes in how we get our product to you.

The story of the original Muluzu Pillowcase Pals started with the two youngest members of our family–Samara (14) and Kyle (13). For that reason alone (but obviously for so many others too), it was a non-negotiable for us that our products be made exclusively from ethically sourced materials.

We’re happy and confident that none of our materials have come from factories that support child labour, and they never will. 

Finally, the team here at Muluzu are so proud to support the wonderful work done by the Royal Children's Hospital here in Melbourne.

We have had to use their services often throughout the years with our own kids and think this is a wonderful way for us to give back. RCH is Australia's biggest and busiest paediatric hospital that offers care not only to our Australian kids but to international children too. Their collaboration with Murdoch Children's Research Institute and University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics allows world class scientists, researchers and doctors the opportunity to put their findings into practice quickly to improve the health and wellbeing of our kids.

There were an astounding amount of kids that used the services of the hospital last year alone; they provided medical attention to ~480,000 kiddos. Now that deserves a huge round of applause!
